Andrew's Computer Help Zone		 As an IT professional providing IT Support to Small & Medium sized businesses within the Corporate Business sector for over 15 years now, I just happened to stumble across Tech Computer in Balwyn one day when I urgently needed a part for a job I was doing. Impressed with the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff I dealt with, I kept going back. That was back in around 2004 or 2005.

I've since been both using and referring Tech Computer for the supply of Desktop systems and Servers (well in excess of 250 Desktops & several Servers to date) along with a variety of other hardware and software solutions to do with computers.

As a fully independent computer consultant, I neither ask for, nor receive, any "kick backs" or "commissions" on sales that are generated by the referrals I make. What I do expect however is that anyone that has been referred to them by me is provided with great after sales service and I am happy to say that they have never let me down in that respect. I've often been thanked by my clients for referring them to Tech Computer, some travelling from many suburbs away.

Just as importantly however, is that I (just like anyone if they're honest) do not know everything? so sometimes I find myself needing some support as well.

Mr Wei Liu, one of Tech Computer's technicians, has proven an invaluable resource for me in this respect, particularly when it comes to solving Network and Server problems that I get stumped on. I can honestly say that I have yet to deal with as helpful and friendly chap that Wei has proven to be over the last few years. The other tech's Tech Computer employs are also just as helpful, each with their own particular areas of expertise.

In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending Tech Computer at Balwyn to anyone (home & business users alike) when they need to purchase a new computer system, hardware or even to get their current computer diagnosed and repaired when problems arise. In my experience, all the folks at Tech are a very helpful bunch who are always ready to listen to our specific needs and do not have a tendency to stock or push "junk" systems and items just because there may be a bit more profit in doing so. This is to their credit and hard to find in most computer shops these days.

Austico Apparel		 Austico Apparel has been using Tech Computers for a little over a year now, and during that time many changes to our IT hardware and software have occurred. As a moderate sized business, personalized service is essential to keeping our business running smoothly. Having an offsite IT specialist may seem impersonal, however with Tech Computers, any of the employees at Austico can call on our main contact, Mr Wei Liu, for help. To date issues large or small have been dealt with in an efficient manner, with many being solved over the phone.
